Refund Policy

• Damage after Delivery: FYI Perfume is not responsible for any damage to products once they have been delivered.
• Claims for Missing Items, Damage, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, you must provide an unboxing video showing the original packaging and the issue. This video is required for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
• Refund Process: If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via phone at (+91) 022 3152 6691 or by email at hello@freyaa.com. Please include the necessary images or videos related to your claim, with the subject line “Refund Request for [Order Number]”.
• Tampered or Damaged Packages: If your package is visibly tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner. If you have already accepted the package, contact our customer care team within 3 days to report the issue. Refunds will not be processed after this time frame.
• Refund Timeline: If your refund claim is accepted, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your provided bank account within 7 - 10 working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
