SHIPPING POLICY

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We ship the order within 24 Hrs from the order placement date or otherwise as mentioned for the product. Since all our products are handmade and some made to order, there many be some delay in shipping, Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email/whats up.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs 600/- For International Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out. The buyer is liable to pay custom duty (if any) directly to the courier partner, custom duty is country specific and we have very little control on it. Shipping Charges below order value of Rs 600/- will be Rs 75/- flat.

Once the packet is shipped it takes around 4 to 5 days to reach you.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

• COD or cash on delivery facility is available on most pincodes across India
• Cash on delivery is not available on shipping to international locations
• We do not offer a try-and-buy at the time of delivery or an open box delivery
• You must first pay the courier partner prior to opening your parcel
• The courier partner cannot process an exchange or accept returns
• All returns and exchanges must to be routed through Customer Care

• Similarly, tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped
• You can check the status of your order under "My Account"

24-Hour Delivery (Mumbai City)

We offer 24-hour delivery within Mumbai City, subject to the following conditions:

• Working Days: This service is available only on standard business days (Monday to Fridays), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Courier Service Availability: Timely delivery is dependent on the operational availability and service capacity of our partnered courier companies.

• Product Availability: Orders will be processed for 24-hour delivery only if the requested items are currently in stock and ready for dispatch.

• Unforeseeable Circumstances: While we strive to meet the 24-hour delivery timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

For orders below 100 USD for USA and 350 AED for Dubai, International shipping charges are applicable and will be added to your cart at check out. We request all our valuable global customers to note that the prices for all the products as listed on our website plus the applicable shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. 

As per the country of delivery, you shall be liable for the payment of levied import duties, customs and local sales tax at the time of your order delivery. In case of payment failure for these charges, please note your order might get stuck at the local customs department or may get returned to our warehouse. We regret in such scenarios, we will have to deduct the return shipping and shipping charges if the product is returned back to our warehouse.

Once the packet is shipped it takes around 8 to 10 days to reach you.

Currently we are shipping our products to USA and UAE. Please note below table for our standard shipping charges:

Additional shipping charges may apply on certain remote international postal codes and in case total weight exceeds 1 kg. 

We request our eminent customers to immediately inform us on hello@freyaa.com in case there’s an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout. We won’t be able to change the shipping address or redirect orders once the items have been dispatched from our end.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE

Goods shipped to international (out of India) locations are not eligible for return or exchange.
